I must have a better camera.
Mist sieves light
On a fallen tree
Moss, moist and green
In darkness unite.
Decay in dark,
Life in light,
Its rotting bark
Yields its might
Day and night
Alternate
So it is right,
So they create.
Every day has its questions: one reads something, one experiences something, one hears something. One picks up what at that time seems to be most important, and connects it to the framework or mindmap of other experiences, information, etc. There are only a few people and few moments to share this collection of found gems in order to build up a whole treasure.

I guess it depends on where the trees fall. When trees block my favorite biking and hiking paths, I want them removed quickly.
Terrific pictures, Erik.
Oh, I think these images are enchanting; as though from another world entirely.
Thanks for the compliments. The pictures are a bit misleading for the park is a normal regular park with regular maintenance, located between a living quarter and a road, nothing special or spooky. Trees fallen on paths are removed, and maybe this year they will remove the photographed tree as well, because the pond is used as skating floor in freezing winters. With photos you can create worlds of their own. However, until the 17th century there was a monastery on the island in the middle of the park, you can still see some big stones scattered around, and it sometimes is as if you feel the spirits of the monks around you.
Ich freue mich an Ihren schönen Fotos!
